Inside the Circle…
Step into a space made just for Black women to pause, breathe, and grow. In the BWIC Wellness Book Club, we’ll dive deep into Black Girls Breathing by Jasmine Marie over four intimate weeks. Together, we’ll explore the book’s insights, reflect on how they show up in our lives, and connect with a circle of women who get it—sharing stories, laughter, and growth along the way.
Dates: Tuesdays, September 2, 9, 23, and 30th @7:30p
Weeks 1–3: Virtual gatherings (via zoom) with mindfulness exercises, guided discussion, and reflection.
Week 4: In-person gathering at Da Book Joint with food, drinks, and community celebration.
